Air gymnastics
Make your body healthy, elastic and strong
What is aerial gymnastics?
Aerial gymnastics is a direction that for a long time belonged exclusively to the circus arts. People of all ages went to the circus to admire the acrobats who performed on air canvases and rings. Gymnasts with incredible flexibility and thin waists fluttered under the dome of the circus, performing incredible turns for the common man.
How is aerial gymnastics divided?
Aerial gymnastics is a broad concept. It is divided into two main areas.
Aerial silks
Aerial gymnastics on silks differs from other types of acrobatics with fascinating cliffs, beautiful windings, interesting tricks and climbs.
.
Aerial ring
The air hoop is the perfect balance of flexibility and strength. Aerial gymnastics on the ring are beautiful and graceful poses, transitions, elements of air dance and acrobatics.

Where can you do aerial gymnastics?
As much as I'd like to say "anywhere," it won't work. You need to do aerial gymnastics in specialized halls, with high ceilings, of course with props (cloths and rings) and always with mats. It is also important to clarify that you will be working alone on one prop (each has its own ring / canvas). And most importantly, make sure that you train with a trainer, in no case by yourself. Aerial gymnastics is a very traumatic sport and without the supervision of a coach, you risk injury.
But, despite everything that I wrote above about the difficulties in choosing institutions for classes, we have great news for you! We have a school for aerial gymnastics!

How are the trainings going?
.
Warming up is incredibly important. We prepare all our muscles for further loading. We are also working on stretching of all muscles and ligaments..
The main part of the workout. You can choose the props (cloths/ring) on which you will work for further training and start learning new tricks/clips/cliffs..
Each lesson, the trainer leaves the last 10 minutes for improvisation. At this time, you can turn on all your imagination and put yourself a mini-composition, which you can shoot on camera and post on social networks or just show your friends your achievements.Group training schedule

Q VS A
How old can you practice?
In order to make soap less traumatic for children with fragile bones in our studio, the restriction is 5+. There are no more age restrictions. The main thing is that you do not have serious diseases with the heart and breathing.
Are there any weight restrictions?
Up to 150 kg. This is for two things: your safety and your health. Safety - so that props can withstand you. Health - so as not to overstrain the muscles, since aerial gymnastics is a very big job of the press and hands.
